DEMOGRAPHIC PROFILE

Manor is a diverse community composed of a wide variety of residents from long-time ranch and farming families to Central Texas school teachers and firefighters. Manor is a community with attractive attributes such as affordable homes, low cost of living, low taxes, a relaxing way of life, high tech and other industries providing local employment, and exciting new initiatives such as community "Smart Codes."

The City of Manor is technically 1.1 square miles with a much larger “service” area that includes many of the new subdivisions and industries outside city limits but which are also considered "Manor" along with an extensive rural community all served by the Manor post office.

Demographics for this larger area are as follows:
