SCHOOLS
The chamber works closely with the Manor Independent School Distict (MISD) on many initiatives of importance to the community.
With a strong belief that a solid education can form the basis for future prosperity, the Chamber also awards annual scholarships to qualified MISD high school seniors. Information on this program can be obtained from the Chamber by phone, mail or fax.
MISD is one of the fastest growing school systems in the state of Texas. It includes Manor New Tech High, an innovative project-based program of the Texas High School Project and is a Texas Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics (T-STEM) Academy.
