Second Annual Manor Chip FestivalChocolate Chip Bake-OffParticipants are asked to deliver their items to the festival between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM. We suggest filling out your entry form ahead of time. Chocolate Chip Bake-Off Rules & Entry Form.Award: Winners will be announced on Festival stage at 1:30pm. There will be one winner and two runner-ups in each category who will receive ribbons (Little Chip 18 yr old and younger; Mama Chip from 19-20 yrs old; Grandma Chip for 51 yrs old and up).
