Welcome from the Manor Chamber of Commerce, serving the Manor
area since 2003.
Manor, Texas is a rapidly growing community with a population of 5,468 based on
demographer's estimates from December of 2006. This is markedly up from the 1,204
residents reported in Census 2000.
Manor is located approximately 6 miles east of Austin on Highway 290, just
minutes away from Interstate 35 at the new 130 interchange.
Whether you are relocating or just here for a visit, assistance to you is only a
phone call or a click away . . . the
officers and directors of the Chamber are ready to serve you. We promote
the small town atmosphere with all the city conveniences nearby.
The Chamber was proud to present the First Annual Manor Chip Festival in 2007.
A Big Texas Thank You goes out to everyone who joined us and the businesses and
volunteers who made it all happen.
This year's Chip Festival will be held Saturday, May 24, 2008 from 10am-4pm
at a NEW LOCATION: New Tech High School. Chip Festival is lots of fun for families and the young
at heart as well. Our motto is "let the chips fly" where they may for some good, old-fashioned fun.
