Second Annual Manor Chip FestivalSalsa & Chips ContestParticipants are asked to deliver their items to the festival between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM. We suggest filling out your entry form ahead of time. Salsa Contest Rules & Entry Form.Award: Winners will be announced on Festival stage at 1:30pm. There will be one winner and two runner-ups in the individual category and one first place restaurant/salsa-maker winner who will receive trophies.
